This site represents a collaboration of friends supporting Allison Conley Haley, Jerry Haley and their 3 children... Peter, 5 and twins, Jake and Megan, 4.

In the fall of 2004, out of the clear blue, Jerry suffered a seizure and was subsequently diagnosed with a brain tumor.  At the time, Allison was pregnant with twins. Jerry underwent surgery to remove the tumor and received aggressive radiation and chemotherapy treatments. Even amidst this terrible ordeal, he continued full-time work at Timberland.

Though his surgery was initially successful and the tumor subsided, the radiation treatment caused "necrosis", a rare consequence that affects the central nervous system and leads to a steady decline in motor and neural activity.  There is no known cure.  Once a vibrant triathlete, Jerry has since lost considerable muscular strength and suffers severe memory loss and seizures.  He is not able to hold his beloved children. He is not able to work. And he is fully dependent upon Allison and the care facility in which he now resides.

Friends & Family have provided a tremendous amount of support for the Haleys. However, medical bills continue to pile high and Peter, Jake and Megan need constant care. On top of being a full time mom, Allison works, coordinates Jerry's medical care and does her absolute best to be an all-around emotional anchor.
